H. Project Reporting

1. Introduction

This section contains information on:

The linkages between the Project Proposal and Project Reports
The format to be used for Project Inception Reports, Project Progress Reports and Project Completion Report

1.1. Reporting Requirements and Distribution

All Project Reports must be submitted in Vietnamese and English.
One Electronic copy must be sent to khoa@card.com.vn and keith@card.com.vn . Other hard copy must be submitted to the PMU Office at Room 207, A9 Building, MARD - No 2, Ngoc Ha Str., Ba Dinh Dist., Hanoi, Vietnam

2. Linkages between Project Proposals and Project Reports

2.1. Project Milestones

Project subcontract payments will be based on milestone reports. In most cases these will consist of:

Project Inception Report
Project 6-monthly and Annual Progress Reports
Project Completion Reports

Expenditure on equipment and formal training courses will be treated as reimbursable costs.

2.2. Approach to Project Reporting

The reference document for this linkage is the project logframe.

Project reports are required to report against achievement of the project€™s performance measures. They are also required to report on the progressive completion of activities. The relationship between project proposals and reports is shown on the following page.
