OUTPUTS	Correlate outputs to objectives. Using the research hypothesis describe the expected technologies / knowledge products expected to arise from the project.  Describe the institutional capacity building expected to arise from the project. Describe the expected financial benefits for beneficiaries in-country. For export products determine the economic benefit (competitiveness on world markets). Describe any social outcomes of the product – the disadvantage groups, for women / any positive or negative outcomes for rural women. Describe any environmental impacts.   Describe how sustainability will be achieved	List the project performance measures for outputs	State major assumption used	· Comment on relevance and achievability of output performance measures. Identify any issues relating to timing and quality of delivery of outputs.
ACTIVITIES	Correlate activities with outputs. List each activity showing expected on a time frame over the length of the project and showing expected time of completion from start of project.  Activities comprise “doing” things e.g. complete project design, appoint staff, meeting with beneficiaries, completion of specific research / training tasks, field trials established / completed, result analysis, workshops, publications. The activities should include those tasks associated with the communication and dissemination that will be used to promote the uptake of the results of the project to derive benefits for			Detail progress on completion of activities.
